Peanut butter is amazing, delicious and protein rich. It can be used in smoothies, desserts, stir-fry, in sauces, dressings…oh, and on toast. Is it possible for peanut butter to get any better? We think so! With only two (champion) ingredients, this may be the easiest and most delicious recipe you’ll ever make.
2 cups dry roasted peanuts (unsalted)
2 tbsp Silkeny Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, melted
In a coffee grinder or high speed blender, grind the peanuts until they become a powdery dry paste.
If you like your peanut butter more on the chunky side, you may decide to grind for a shorter amount of time.
Spoon out the ground peanuts into a jar. Add the melted coconut oil, and stir until it becomes smooth and creamy. Store in the fridge, when not in use. It will thicken in the fridge, so let it sit at room temperature for up to ten minutes, before using it. Enjoy, with everything!
